Limited One Year No Hassle Warranty
All PROKARS are warranted to the original owner for one (1) year from invoice date. PROKAR shall replace for the first 1 year those parts returned to the factory which prove upon inspection by PROKAR to be defective. All warranty issues MUST be pre-approved by PROKAR for all models and the warranty shall be one (1) year on parts and one (1) year on power unit.
This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, operated, used and maintained in accordance with PROKAR specification as set forth in installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.
What is NOT Covered?
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operations, or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear items such as rubber pads are not covered. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when unauthorized repairs or alterations have been attempted or made to the product.

This warranty is exclusive and all other expressed or implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby expressly excluded.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall PROKAR be liable for any special, consequential or incidental damages of any kind including damages for breach or delay in performance of the warranty. |
